Winding the copper wire on the drum core and having the epoxy coating outside the product. The purpose of the epoxy coating is not only to protect the wire but also to make the product have better reliability and longer working life. The features of the axial wire-wound power inductor provide a wide range of inductance values, high Q value, and high self-resonant frequency (SRF). RoHS, REACH compliance, halogen-free. A bigger size offers a higher current carrying capacity and lower dc resistance. All the products are finished by a fully automated process.
