SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS

The miniature SMD wire-wound inductor is a type of inductor where the winding wire is wrapped around a core without magnetic shielding. On the other hand, the miniature SMD chip inductor is assembled using fully automated processes. Both types of inductors serve the same purpose in electronic circuits, particularly in applications with limited space, such as power supplies, DC-DC converters, and other electronic circuits.
The type of miniature wire-wound inductor is suitable for the tuner (rf circuits), and filter/amplification circuits because the product has high Q factors, high SRF (self-resonant frequency), and tight tolerance (2% available). Ceramic body and wire wound construction provide high SRFs. The product is RoHS, REACH, and Halogen free compliance.
